Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.More than 48 hours' notice: Your booking can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge, and your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment where applicable.Less than 48 hours' notice: Your deposit will be retained to cover the time reserved for your booking.Same-day cancellations or no-shows: The deposit will be non-refundable and, depending on the circumstances, a further cancellation fee may apply.If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will always provide as much notice as possible and work with you to arrange a suitable alternative.By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy.
